Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set the rules and conditions for using the digital platform of the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan platform in the Sultanate of Oman, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Eligibility

Creating a citizen account is available only to Sudanese nationals holding a valid Sudanese National ID (11 digits). You must provide accurate and complete information. Creating accounts using fake identities or information is prohibited. Each account is subject to verification via an OTP code sent to the registered email.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform for legitimate purposes only. Prohibited: providing false information, attempting unauthorized access to others' accounts, abusing platform services, posting harmful or illegal content, attempting to disrupt or hack the platform, using automated tools for data extraction. Any violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

4. Services and Fees

Fees displayed for consular services are subject to change per official directives. The fee shown on the service page at the time of submission is the applicable fee. Some services require in-person appearance for original document verification. Processing times vary per service and are clearly displayed on the service page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, the emblem, and interface design, is owned by the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan and protected under intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes will be interpreted under Sudanese law and resolved in the competent jurisdiction. For cases related to consular relations in the Sultanate of Oman, disputes may be resolved through official diplomatic channels.

Your continued use of the platform following any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We will provide notice of any material changes.
